In industrial production environments labels are frequently exposed to extreme conditions all the way from the manufacturing process to when the goods are delivered to the customer. Full traceability and avoiding mix-ups can only be achieved if labelling is applied at an early stage of the manufacturing process. Attaching the labels while the products are still hot, dirt and dust from the manufacturing process, oily surfaces after sawing and exposure to UV radiation during outdoor storage are common requirements for industrial identification.

Robust and still clean 

S+P Samson GmbH offers specific solutions for difficult applications. This includes adhesion to wood, concrete or metal. GRAPHIPLAST^® self-adhesive labels are coated with thick layer adhesives which ensure reliable adhesion to virtually any surface structure. The combinations with different types of plastic films or aluminium create extraordinary properties. Our extensive know-how in handling thick-layer adhesives acquired over many years ensures high functionality and reliability for your application.

Individual solutions for a permanent bond

For flag tags, RFID labels and the automatic processing of labels and tags S+P Samson GmbH uses the partial application of adhesive. Adhesive fields and adhesive strips ensure that the edges of the label are free from adhesive and therefore provide reliability when they go through the printer or for dispensing equipment. With adhesive fields, self-adhesive labels can even be applied with gloves. Secure handling speeds up processes and avoids having to reprint data carriers.  With our special surface coatings which are suitable for most common printing systems we also ensure optimum readability of barcodes and that the labels can be printed easily, for instance, with colour laser or thermal transfer printers.
